1. Website Use
- Intellectual Property: All content (designs, images, logos, text, software) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights of Natacha Van or authorized third parties. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. Contact contact@natachavan.com for permissions.
- Trademarks: Natacha Van owns all trademarks and domains (natachavan.com). Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Links: Third-party site links are not controlled by Natacha Van; review their terms. Linking to our Website requires prior consent via Customer Care.
- Content Responsibility: Use is at your risk. Natacha Van is not liable for damages from incorrect use, service disruptions, or data loss, except for gross negligence. Protect your credentials; report offensive content or errors to contact@natachavan.com.
2. Placing an Order
After ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A DHL tracking number is provided upon shipment. Log in before checkout to access order details in My Account. Pre-order items ship when available, separately from in-stock items. Orders cannot be modified or canceled but may be returned per our Return Policy.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices include taxes and VAT where applicable, with shipping costs shown before checkout. Pay via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other methods. Payment details are securely processed by banks, not stored by Natacha Van. Charges occur upon shipment, except for pre-orders (see Pre-Order). Your order total includes all taxes; no additional fees apply at delivery.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most locations within your selected Country/Region, excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and certain remote addresses, from Hong Kong or select boutiques. Change regions via the Website’s top link (may empty Shopping Bag). Express delivery (2-3 business days, free) uses DHL with tracking. Ensure someone signs for delivery; unclaimed orders return to our warehouse. Verify package integrity and report issues within 7 days. Delivery times are indicative; track via My Account. Pre-order and in-stock items ship separately.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return items within 30 days of delivery via the Return Form. Products must be unworn, undamaged, with tags and packaging, shipped from the delivery country using DHL’s prepaid label or your courier (at your cost) or returned in-boutique. Natacha Van is not liable for non-DHL return issues. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of verification, issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay: ~7 days; PayPal: ~48 hours). Non-compliant returns may reduce refunds or be returned at your cost. Custom items are non-returnable. See Return Policy.
6. Warranties
Products carry a lack-of-conformity warranty per applicable law. Retain your invoice. Warranties apply only for correct use. Report defects for remedies like repair or replacement.
7. Gifting
Select the gift option at checkout, enter the recipient’s address, and add a personal message. Gifts are elegantly wrapped. In-boutique, our team assists with personalized gifting.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
9. Amendments
Terms may be updated, effective upon publication for new sales.
10. Language
English governs these Terms and all communications.
