Order Information
Modifying or Canceling an Order
Orders cannot be modified after placement. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@natachavan.com or via Contact Us form. Cancellation is possible only if the order hasn’t been processed by our warehouse. Post-delivery, return items per our Return Policy for a full refund.
Specifying Delivery Date and Time
Specific delivery dates or times cannot be selected. Delivery timelines vary by shipping method chosen. Track your package via the My Account. Ensure someone is available to sign for delivery; couriers leave instructions if no one is present. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated period.
Return Information
Choosing Your Return Company
Use the included pre-paid DHL return label for free shipping. If using your own courier, you bear the shipping and insurance costs. Natacha Van is not liable for damage, theft, or loss during transit; we recommend a trackable service.
Returning Items from Multiple Orders
Combine items from different orders in one box using a single pre-paid label. Ensure all items meet our Return Policy deadlines, are carefully packaged, and include Proforma Invoices for each order.
Modifying or Canceling a Return Request
If you change your mind after submitting the Return Form, no notification is needed. You can keep any or all items without further action.
Checking Refund Status
Track your refund status in real-time in the Order page using your Return Number.
Returning Customized Items
Customized items are non-returnable, non-refunded, and cannot be exchanged or replaced once the order is accepted.
