How to Prepare Your Return
- Complete the Contact Us Form within 7 days of delivery.
- Pack items in the original box or a similar sturdy box, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags, accessories, and packaging included.
- Attach the prepaid DHL return label (included with your order) to the box, covering or removing any existing labels.
- Complete the Proforma Invoice and hand it to the courier with the Waybill Doc label at pickup. Contact us at hello@natachavan.com if you need replacement documents.
- Schedule a free DHL pickup.
